Grand River Beer Club – Winter 2013
Starting in January 2013, Grand River Brewing will again host several comparative beer tastings discussing different styles of craft beers. (Be sure to book early as sessions were quickly sold out in previous years)
- Tuesday January 8, 2013 will feature Winter Warmers
- Tuesday February 12, 2013 will feature Flavored Black Beers
- Tuesday March 12, 2013 will show case “Welcome to the neighbrewhood”
- Tuesday April 9, 2013 will present Spring Beers
The meetings will be co-hosted by Rob Creighton, Grand River’s brewer and Bob Hanenberg, Grand River’s president. Guest brewers will also be invited. Bob and Rob always have fun purchasing additional beers for the beer club.
Price: $20 per session. No charge for designated drivers.
Time: 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Location: Brewery at 295 Ainslie Street S., Cambridge, Ontario.

In honour of our favorite beer of the season we thought we would share the brewing process of our special brew!
ALL PUMPKINS for this ale are grown in our owners garden!
Locally grown and close to home
We then with state of the art technology (machete)
Slice the pumpkins in half, core them and send them to the over to the oven
Pumpkins straight from the oven
and loaded up!

The pumpkin holding apparatus is slowly lowered into the kettle
full of our special spice blend!
Beer is cooled, Fermented, Filtered and finally
BOTTLED!
Now ready to be enjoyed.
